I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude and professionalism for your Hampstead tech Gail RoBerge. She took care of both myself and my daughter in the process of doing a blood panel (I was having surgery) , and my daughter who passes out had to do one also (different day-different reason). I have never seen someone take care and do her job as she did especially with my daughter. I think her thoughtfulness and display of caring should be recognized and praised to her.
