My family and I have been patients of Dr.Zerangue and his staff going on 11 years and he's the most professional, thorough and knowledgeable doctor I've ever had and hes dedicated to his patients. Staff is professional and thorough and office is very nice and inviting and if you arrive on your appointment time you won't wait longer than 10-15 minutes. He sees me AND my mother and gives us both individual time to explain procedures and make sure we understand everything. The office staff is equally accommodating helping find specialists etc. Thank you Dr.Zerangue,Nurse Belinda, Ashley and rest of the staff for keeping my family healthy.

Please contact your lawyer and discuss the issues listed below in regards to what could and/or would happen if you overdose, and whose fault it would be. Also, you were not on time, and since you are a new patient, we actually need all new patients to arrive early to fill out paperwork. We offered to reschedule your appointment, however your behavior at the front window, with patient's in the waiting room, is what ultimately lead to our decision to NOT accept you as a new patient. We do not think it is in the best interest of our practice to engage with an individual who is obviously confrontational, and on the verge of being physically abusive. For a patient to become that upset and verbally abusive over rescheduling an appointment, is simply not professional, and not tolerated in our office. Your continuous phone calls to our office after you exited, which I might add was also unacceptable behavior, is what cemented our decision to refuse service. It was not until we advised you that our office would contact the authorities and report you for harassment, is when you finally stopped the unwanted behavior. We are sorry that we were unable to provide service to you that day, but we do not feel our office was in the wrong. The old saying goes, treat others as you would like to be treated. We do not condone or cave in when someone throws a temper tantrum.

I have never in my life been treated like the manager and clerical assistance did me today 1/6/2013. I am a new patient excited about finally getting the meds I need to not be sick anymore or to not hurt myself anymore. I was super excited and I get there on time they tell me they can't see me when I did NOTHING WRONG!! I WILL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS IF I HAVE TO BRING MY LAWYER OR CHANNEL 6 INTO THE MIX, IT'S NOT RIGHT WHAT Mrs. AMY AND HER ASSOCIATE DID TO ME TODAY, WHAT HAPPENS IF I OVERDOSE TODAY..... DO YALL KNOW WHO'S FAULT IT WOULD BE THEIRS! WHEN I NEED HELP I HAVE HAD THAT APPOINTMENT FOR 2 WEEKS AND TELL ME THEY CANT SEE ME BC I WAS LATE WHEN I WAS ON TIME!! WOULDN'T LET ME TALK TO THE DOCTOR- SHE WOULDN'T LET ME SPEAK TO NO ONE ABOVE HER BC SHE KNEW SHE WAS IN THE WRONG! PLEASE IF YOU SEE THIS DOCTOR OR ANYONE EMAIL ME AT emilyjessiethomas@gmail.com
