i got my oil changed on September 9, 2020. on September 10, the bottom cover fell from my car and is dragging the ground ( removed to put my oil filter on). So i looks under my car and the bottom cover was only screwed from the front. There were no screws on the sides or the back of the cover. I had someone take me to work the next morning because i will not ride with parts hanging from the bottom of my car. I called speedee oil the next morning and ask for the manager. I told him what was done to my car and immediately he became hostile by the tone of his voice, and no, I did not call angry and or hollering at him. I told him that he do not have to get smart with me. He said he was not getting smart and for me to bring my car back and they will take care of it. Well, i was trying to tell him that it was torn and how was i to drive it with the thing hanging? He said well there is nothing else i can tell you and hung the phone up in my face. This is bad management and i will not recommend no body to take their car to that place on Morrison blvd in Hammond la. What if it was my tire and they forgot to put/screw the lungs on? I will not let this place change my oil again and that smart ass manager needs some training on how to treat customers. God don't like ugly...
