I brought my Toyota Tacoma for a front end alignment, tires rotated, and balanced. On the way home it still pulled left and the steering wheel vibrated. I called the next morning and spoke to one of the ladies that sets up appointments. I explained what I felt was happening with my truck. She told me to come back as soon as possible and they will test the truck's front end for any errors. I got there about 10:45am and they took my truck in immediately. After they tested the front end and checked the balance of the 4 tires, they came to the conclusion that the 2 front tires were defective. So they went on to change the tires out for new ones. They balanced the 2 new front tires and then installed them back on the truck. None of this labor or 2 new tires cost me anything. I could not have been treated better by anyone. The tech's and the ladies that helped me through this were so professional and just really nice. To end this, my truck drove perfectly great. Thanks to you all at the Hammond Sears Automotive Center. Please keep up the great work. I forgot. I left them @ approximately 1pm. Absolutely no problem.

whats the point of having a phone number to this business? you can call all day everyday and never will anyone answer. also, when you drop your car off for an oil change it takes almost four hours.
