Provided by YP.comHorrible service from the front desk old lady. And the doctor as well. I've been here and changed primary care providers. Hers was in Denham springs. Totally flooded and they refuse to see her co pay or insurance. Ridiculous and unethical very dirty waiting room as well and next to a barber shop. Very hard to find!
