It's obvious that they're number one goal is to satisfy the customer and give them peace of mind they really care more than most companies I've dealt with in the past . I depend on them and their service to let me know if my children are home on time if they're safe at home even if they walk out the back door I know and that is peace of mind

I am very pleased with the level of service I am receiving thus far from ipsc. I was with ADT and paying over $50 monthly with my rate increasing yearly. Ipsc was able to use my equipment and monitor my system for $36. I even was able to do more with my system like controlling it on my cell phone.
When I had concerns about being able to afford upgrades to my system because I am on a fixed income, they worked with me and made the upgrade process painless and affordable.

There's a big difference between stating facts and opinions as opposed to lies. When you find lies on my page then you can tell me what I can and cannot post. I'm sorry but I don't want anyone else subjected to the type of aggravation my family has endured with Ipsc.....first it was a supervisor who would constantly cuss me out. No worries I quit right.....then when we moved to better our living condition and unfortunately 45 minutes away to the only place we could afford on $8.00/hr we get punished. Constantly he had to work over because they want to hire people who would not want to show up on time for work EVERY week! It would be one thing if it was like once a month or so however it was once a week! Then they refused to move him to a closer location claiming that there were no open positions yet we hear from several other employees that Ipsc is constantly hiring for this new spot in Hammond making something between $10.00 and $12.00/hr! He worked for them for a year only calling off once until here a month ago because I've been in and out of the hospital! Yet, never once was he offered or authorized to receive a raise even after we found out from Redman (the owner of the casino he was contracted out to) that the guards were supposed to be making $10.00/hr minimum plus raises! Then my husband gets punched in the face at work and let me tell you already we can tell its going to be a fight to get worker's comp from them to fix his busted teeth! Then after reporting that his last day would have been today they tell him not to worry about coming in and to turn in his uniforms......but they didn't give him his discharge papers!? Wth is that??? Like I said....don't work for them....I know we never will again. And now they are threatening me and trying to silence my posts on Facebook because they don't want it to go viral.....if that's the case Ipsc then how about handling up with some professionalism! You want me to act professional then start treating your employees with some respect and decency! And yes, I am sharing this everywhere including on your review page! And I will be reporting everything to the public service commissioner and the Better Business Bureau!

I recently signed up with IPSC for residential monitoring. I had an issue with the equipment, and I considered using my 3 day cancellation option and cancelling my contract. One of the company executives personally contacted me to work out the issue. We were able to quickly and satisfactorily resolve the problem. I've been very pleased with the solution.



All businesses will have complaints at some point. For me, it is not that they have no problems, it is how they handle those complaints. Are they respectful? Are they willing to listen to me? Will they work out a solution that satisfies me? I've had some businesses get snarky with me when I have a complaint. If someone is disrespectful to me, they've lost my business.



IPSC handled my complaint wonderfully. They were respectful, helpful and efficient. I really felt like my business and my safety mattered to them. I felt like they understood my complaint and agreed with my concerns. For me, I think I'm going to stick with IPSC as my security company for as long as I can.

Inner Parish Security did an excellent job of responding to the needs of my business quickly, and with great expertise. Their security officers were well trained and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of security services!
