We never have any issues in store . Staff is very helpful and informative. But they NEVER EVER answer the phone .

The sales associate Caelan was very rude AGAIN!!! I purchased two used ps3 game controllers on 12/31/15 which were defective. I went to exchange them today on 1/1/16 for two brand new controllers. As I approached the counter I had my receipt in hand. Caelan asked what was wrong I explained the problem with the controller and also told him that I was bringing the other controller back because I'd just rather have them both brand new. After explaining what was wrong with the controllers, Caelan looks at my son assuming that the controllers were his and attempted to make him explain what I had already explained. I then instructed my child to be quiet because, I was the adult talking! Caelan then proceeded to speak to my child over me without my permission! He was disrespectful to me as a parent and he was very disrespectful throughout the whole transaction! I will be reporting and rating this experience online. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer or parent!
