We have been very pleased with Blackwell's and have purchased numerous things over the years. The staff has always went above and beyond when we have needed help!! Blackwell's is your go to place for off road vehicles!! :)

Great products, great staff.

Do not buy from these people. They offer you a warranty and every time you bring your ATV in there is something wrong with it that cost you money. I brought my ATV and it took them 2 weeks to look at it and then they call saying my struts are bad and it is only 3mths old. I pay to have it fixed which takes them another 2 weeks and when I get it back they had left the key on and drained the battery which ruined the battery and I had to buy a new one. When we put the battery in and tried to drive it something was wrong with the tire and we put it back in the shop and they told us the struts were bad again. I tried to talk to the owner and let him know they must not have been fixed the first time and He was very rude and told me he wouldn't argue with me and to come get my ATV out of his shop. These people are horrible in customer service and sell crappy ATVs!

Not only has the 650 side by side 4x4 been a lemon from day 1, but the staff has been uncooperative, unprofessional, & disrespectful. The amount of money & time wasted in this bike is unappreciated by this retailer. I recommend that no one do biz with this dealer!!

THANKS BLACKWELLS OUTDOOR. We recenlty purchased a go-kart from Blackwells. It was the best decision we ever made. Blackwells Outdoor was recommended to us by several friends, and they were so right. The price was great, the sales girls were wonderful and the owner even spent time with us himself, showing us how to operate the kart. Again, THANKS SO MUCH BLACKWELLS OUTDOOR!! WE STRONGLY RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!

Customer service is great until they get your money. After that forget about having any issues resolved properly. Spent $2,700 on a birthday present for my daughter and it broke the first day. Brought it to get fixed they did nothing relating to the problem and would not take the time to listen. Left with the same broken go kart I went with, had to get it fixed at another dealership. Would have given -stars if possible!
