The overall atmosphere when I walked in was that everyone was nice and attentive and everything was organized (for the first time EVER did I see a plasma donation center have 0 people waiting in the waiting area!) I was then greeted by a very nice and "hello how are you doing?" Type attitude from one of the staff. I told her I was a new donor and she practically got me in right away! She asked me some questions about my medical history, watched a 23 minute long video (I just gave up towards the end and went straight to the kiosk to fill out the questions) It was all very self explanatory! I then waited about 5 minutes to be taken back where I had my physical done by what seemed to be nice but he really could have toned down the personal space kinda thing. I get that he was trying to be funny but .....no. Lol Felt kinda forced friendly and maybe it's becuase he's a lonely type of guy. Dunno, but that was over pretty quickly. I was then out first in line to donate and was taken back immediately. The nurse hooked me up and was being nice until she snapped at me for not pumping my hand (I was kinda taken back by this becuase it's been a very long time since I donated and she was just rude type snappy). She then later on points out how my donating arm/hand has started to turn in towards my body and again in a snappy cold voice asked me to turn it back out. I looked over to the older woman sitting to the left of me with her arm turned almost completely in. No problem with that donater I guess. It was all very strange becuase I felt like I was maybe being picked on. She did comment at the beginning saying my doner photo was like "model quality" I laughed and said jokingly "oh I thought I looked pretty silly! Thank you!". I swear though she started on me after that. I needed the money for my kids thou so I do not care about bored staff. As long as they do their jobs correctly I don't care! I'll go again but at least I know now what to expect!

Me and my buddy Matt recently started donating plasma at this location. The Staff is friendly and competent, the process moves efficiently and the place is clean. While we have no experience with any other donation facilities, we have enjoyed our experience here. It is a good feeling to be paid to help others.
