The "office manager" at the Hamilton location is extremely inappropriate, rude, disrespectful and condescending. Dr. Hijar (spelling) was inappropriate as well and did not take my concerns seriously. My questions were not answered in an appropriate manner, the office manager raised her voice and went so far as to hang up on me. Thankfully I was able to call the Fairfield location and get wonderful customer service by Sandy.

The doctor is a quack. He does NOT thoroughly go over anything he is going to do and explain why. I work in the health field and have been in the dental field, it is about not freaking your patients out and taking time to explain what and why you may be doing something. Or just coming in to the room and assuming someone slept wrong and that is why they hurt. The Dr was in the room maybe 2 minutes with me and says I slept wrong on my arm...two days later I was in the ER because I was up puking all night from the pain..I think he needs to slow his roll and talk to his patients before assuming anything.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Always service with a smile. The Doctors are very thorough and compassionate.
