I went to Frank after my son was charged with a very serious felony. After sitting down with Frank IV I felt much better. In my opinion he charged a lot. As the saying goes, you don't buy cheap tools. And I needed the best tool for my son. I considered it an investment in my sons innocence. He explained the positives of continuing the case and smaller things that seems like he is dragging his heels. He also explained exactly why he was going to do this. After almost a year, Frank concluded my sons case with all charges dropped. Looking back I will say that I probably called way too much and on occasion it took a day to get back with me. But in the end, all of his motions and tactics produced the truth. I will admit with the person who left the negative review on Frank IV. He is a Bully with a capital B. He bullied the police and prosecutor without fear. This resulted in all charges dropped and my sons freedom. Frank IV is the best investment when your life is torn apart. Thank you.

Frank Schiavone IV is a bully to his clients. He will lie to get $3500, prolong the case soaking up court time, mediate without your permission, not return phone calls to the opposing council, not present evidence, file paperwork with the courts containing incorrect language and charge you for his mistake…..Frank Schiavone IV cost my children and I our home and securities on a basic Grandparents Visitation Case that I had to go on and win by myself. Unfortunately because of his lack of professionalism we incurred visitation for a year, a contempt charge, counciling, a psych exam that he never provided to the courts, we were bullied, stalked and harassed by the other side and lied to several times by him. His goal is to consume the oposing sides money all while consuming every bit that you have in the process. If you want a bully attorney Frank Schiavone IV is your man, but plan on the one being bullied. Plan to pay him as he rides on his fathers coat tails and in the end tells you "no one knows your case better than you". Take his end advice. Save your time, frustrations and money and handle the case yourself or pay someone actually capable of doing the job professionally and correctly. He should be receiving negative stars.
