Tried to buy a cosmetology kit from here. They refused to sell it to me because I was not yet a cosmetology student. They treated me rudely and said that I was "unqualified to have the materials". When just a few moments erlier they sold a kit to a mother for a 12 year old girl. Unqualified? Im almost 18 and shes a 12 year old? Discipicable scervice.
