I would highly recommend shopping at Jays. The sales people are friendly and knowlegable, the prices are great, and Jay and Lynn are great people who want their customers to walk away happy!

My husband and I have been loyal customer of Jay for over 20 years. Recently my husband updated our Living Room furniture with a beautiful new living room sofa and love seat. We selected BEST Chairs to add to the collection, BEST is made in the USA! The Best Recliner Chair and 2 Swivel, Glide Chairs honestly these Chairs are the most comfortable chairs you will ever sit in! Also with the Best Furniture we had the option of customizing them with over 450 fabric choices. I love that customized effect that allowed us to add Elegance to the Room!

We also upgraded our mattress and added the function of the new Lift Bed. Wow, what a great night sleep with our new mattress and love the fact with the Lift bed we can read or watch TV at ease! Honestly Jay carries furniture for every budget and a variety of brands, such as Ashley, Acme, American, Amini, Best, Catnapper, Coaster, Corsicana, Liberty, and Simmons. They will help you make the choice that best fits your needs and budget! We will not shop anywhere else but Jay’s!

Jess, Steve, Lisa and Brad helped New Housing Ohio out a lot getting furniture for our clients. They have great costumer service. Would recommend!

The salesman that helped me pick out my sofa and bed had INCREDIBLE knowledge of the product I was I looking for. I bought a sofa which I get compliments on every time someone walks on my living room. And the mattress I couldn't be happier with! He showed me my options and gave me all the info I needed to make my decision, which took no time at all cause he knew exactly what to show me! I was on and out in no time.

My delivery was phenomenal, no one delivers like Jay's furniture! They set everything up for me including the bed!!! I was shocked. I had by far the most kindest delivery men!

I will always buy furniture from Jay's, it was the most pleasant experience from the moment I stepped in to the store to my door!

Bought a $850 mattress from this store a couple of years ago and it was supposed to come with a 10 year warranty. As we speak the mattress has sunk down at least 2 inches and they stated that there is no longer a warranty. Buyer beware!!! They will not honor what they "guarantee".

Can't say enough great things about my last furniture purchase from Jay's. From working with Ruby on bedding and Diana for a living room purchase, my expectations are always going to be set high for the next time we purchase. The value received at Jay's is tremendous compared to the other furniture stores we looked at. The added bonus is the wonderful job the delivery people did. Some of my furniture is very heavy and these guys handled it well. Look forward to picking something out for our movie room soon.

I bought a beautiful bedroom group and mattress!!! The price was great and so was the service I received from Jay's Furniture. I did the No Credit Check financing and it was exactly as they told me it would be. They didn't check my credit when I made the purchase, but my payments were reported to the credit bureau and it increased my credit score!!!!

Cheap mattress that won't last a month. I bought a mattress set and had it delivered. When it was delivered it wasn't the one that I bought. After two days the foundation was starting to break and the mattress was bowing in the middle.

Purchased bed on 8/23/09 it's now 10/07/09 rude people never call you you have to call them and then you never get what you pay for.Now after I filed a complaint with the bbb they want to give me some money back and take back the junk they did bring and I paid 952.00 cash their giving me a check and not for the whole amount.Stay away from Jays furniture direct and Jay Becker unless you want to be cheated.

When furniture was delivered a pull knob was missing on the dresser,for over 2 months they said it was on order.I finally contacted Holland furniture myself.They had no record of Jay's contacting them.Jays told me lie after lie after lie.I found this out when talking with the rep from Holland House.I got this resolved in a 2 minute phone call to Holland House,They were very embarassed over what I was telling them since Jays sells there brand.After talking with co workers that live in Hamilton THEY ALL SAID I COULD HAVE TOLD YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM JAY'S.
