My husband and I were impressed with how efficient the process was for purchasing a transit van. We called and negotiated with Ryan. We drove there with a check and drove away within 30 minutes of getting there. Best customer service we have experienced in a long time. We appreciate their quality of care in not wasting our time.

We arrived an hour before they were scheduled to close and they were still more than willing to help us. About 3 of the staff members stayed late to make sure we left happy. They took extra time to find us the right kind of financing that worked for our budget. Excellent customer service and quality vehicles.

I purchase a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 with approximately 80,000 miles on it. Within 3 months of purchase and less than 1500 miles the engine had a serious breakdown. The engine breakdown was due to a failed lifter. The cause of the lifter failure was due to sludge in the engine. So much for the "ALL ARE FULLY INSPECTED, SERVICED AND RECONDITIONED… 3 MONTHS/4500 MILE WARRANTY" claim from their advertising. Neither one of these things happen. A simple oil change before the sale could have prevented the problem. For next 3 weeks they continued to lie to me. They claim have worked out a deal with Z-Core to offer better coverage. That never happen. If you like to get lied to this is the place to go.

I bought a Toyota camry, the price was right, the car is running good, great customer service , would recommend this dealer and will always buy from that dealer.

I went in there to look at a car I had seen online...sure wish I hadn't. If you're looking for a car this is NOT the place to look! Just look at all the Negative Reviews...I wish I had! After realizing the car I purchased had MULTIPLE issues I tried to return it 2 days later and Tony totally lied to me saying that he had already sold the car that I had traded in! Imagine my surprise to see it on their web site for sale the very next day... And don't fall for their "Extended Warranties" they actually don't cover anything...(read the small print).The ONLY good thing about this place at all... is a Salesman named Andy. He at least seems to be as honest as he can be working in their Deceptive system... This place sure lives up to the "Used Car Salesman"reputation... So don't make the same mistake I made buying a car from the "International Auto Outlet"!!!! Try to find an honest dealer!

I got the car in March, it was a Mazda speed6 2006 with 101,000 miles on it. I'm active duty army and got the car after a over seas move. 4500 mile warranty on it. At 5000 it started to overheat so the thermostat is new and the water pump is new,nothing changed. So I had it flushed and tested. The head gasket is bad and the head is warped. I'm $4500 upside down on the car and its about $2000 to fix. I also found a lot of 'fix a leak' in the cooling system when I flushed it. So the people where nice and respectfull but the car was garbage from the start because of countless of other problems it had other than what is listed above.
