Emily goes above and beyond the expectations of anyone! She is very accommodating and always so nice about everything, and believe me, she's had her share of problems with me as I wasn't adapting well with finding a hearing aid that worked for me and was a first time buyer. She has been exception with my getting accustomed to the aid and in follow-up visits. I would recommend Emily, the audiologist, and Hamilton Hearing to anyone!
