I made an appointment to get a dryer fixed and they cancelled it! We had to call them and find this out they did not call me to tell me they were cancelling it because they claimed they had the wrong phone number for me when they repeated it back to me on the phone when I gave it to them when I made the appointment. When we called and found out they cancelled the appointment due to a tech being on vacation they just told us to call someone else so don't waste your time on this company call someone else!
