This places is Crappy Very Bad Customer- I ordered a Grill Cheese sandwich 3 time s and 3rd time i got upset and didn't check my sandwich and drove off. When i got to work there was not cheese on my sandwich am 6 month pregnant and crave Grill Cheese every morning. I'm a loyal customer and I refuse to enter the Hamilton location. I called the Manger Amber and she refuse to give me an apology didn't give me corporate number to make a compliant, i had to call a different location to obtain the number. I feel as if i spent over 140.00 a month here just for a Grill Cheese sandwich - I'm voice needs to be heard - Miss Amber has very very poor customer service and because she got my sandwich wrong not once but 3time in a row, she should not be a manager.

My brother and friend and I started going to this location because my brother works down the road. We love Dunkin coffee and you can't make the stuff at home to taste the same as the stuff at the store. We love the crew working the store, we always get great service at this store. Everyone is very nice, always smiling when we come in. We are there at least 5 days week, sometimes twice a day. The employee Brian is great, he has our coffee made before we get into the door on most visits. He is a person who laughs and cuts up with you. We really like all the employees at this restaurant. Tyler, Brian and Kyle are the ones we get to see and talk to the most and they are all a great group of guys. So good job to all at this location, just wanted to let you know you are appreciated and keep up the great job. Thanks for our extra large coffee with the 10 creams and all the splenda. Rogers family
