Worst Vendor I've experienced in over 40 years. They have NO problem shipping bad parts & burning you to the ground by suing for 2x their quotes instead of making things right. These guys are the worst. They put on a nice front but have no issue with being immoral at your expense. Over 40 years in business and i gace them a shot and They cost me years off of my life, 6 figures in losses, and was forced to let go of numerous long term employees. (because I DID make good w/ my customer when all my Triton parts where wrong) ..I don't know how any of them sleep at night...but then again I'm sure they're used to hanging upside down in the cold at night by now since they've screwed over many others b4 me as well. They certainly do NOT have any issue with taking the low road..... any other company would be willing to work together to fix issues, Triton will simply issue a few addtl invoices for bogus items and sue you for it all regardless if it was 100% their incompetence that created the issues or not. WORST COMPANY WE'VE EVER DELT WITH IN OVER 40 YEARS!

This is a small family owned business. But, this is not a family oriented business. If you like working 10+ hours 6 days a week, this is the job for you. You are expected and required to work overtime everyday. The benefits are slim, you need to work 2 years to get 5 paid days off. Not that you can enjoy those 5 days, you will be required to use your vacation time for doctor appointments, school events and anything else you need to make an appointment for, since your work schedule is either 6 to 4 or 7 to 5. Insurance benefits are outrageous, you pay almost $ 1000.00 a month for family medical. The pay is decent, equivalent to other shops around the area. The retirement package is an IRA Those are your only benefits working there.
Work atmosphere is ok, the people are not bad.
The owners act like the employees owe them something, for allowing us to work there. I work there for 2 1/2 years, best thing I did was quit.
