We used this cleaners for close to 8 years. My husband left a very expensive sterling silver collar star in the shirt. The shirt was returned with one stay but miraculously the other one was NEVER found. We admit we left the stay in the shirt in error, we ALWAYS ALWAYS got them back.

Rather than say to us that we have been long time customers we will pay for the replacement or the repair to the one that was left in the shirt, the rude woman behind the counter just brushed it off and passed it off to one of the owners who continuously told us she would let her brother know. All we ever heard for over a month was "we will check the bins"! Not once did they apologize or offer to pay for the one that they lost let alone the one that was damaged in the shirt. I have to say we had several other problems with stains on the clothes that were not there when we dropped them off. I have to say that their customer service is poor and their attitude is far worse. If I could give them a negative star I would. Executive Cleaners is right up the road and their prices are so much better. They know how to treat their clients at Executive!

NOTHING BRIGHT or Rainbow like about the Rainbow Cleaners. If you work hard and spend good money on your clothes FIND A NEW CLEANERS!!!
