I can no longer recommend this center. During the past 6 months, we have found the staff to be very unprofessional. Within the office there is great confusion and a lack of communication. It was very, very frustrating. When we tell friends about our experience, they say WHERE? is this place.

Save your time and money and go to another higher quality center.

I am a regular patient at HBS. After 2 years, I still find the services to be the best! The entire staff is always so friendly and accommodating to all of my hearing needs as well as appointment scheduling. Dr. Bauman is very knowledgable about all hearing conditions, and is always keeping up with the latest hearing technologies. He therefore offers a wide assortment of hearing aids. The best part is they are all very reasonable and affordable!! I looked around at different places when I needed hearing aids many hearing aids seemed to cost an arm and a leg. Whether you need testing/consultation or hearing aids this is the place to go!

This center was recommended to me by my MD because it has certified and licensed audiologists that conduct the hearing tests and fit the hearing aids. I also found out that the group has been in business for over 20 years with much of the same staff. I did purchase hearing aids and found that the pricing was reasonable and the hearing aids were custom designed to fit my listening environment. The office, office staff, and audiologists were very friendly and professional and I felt comfortable during my appointment.
