Called for some info about fixing a glass window by my front door which is cloudy between the glass. told it was going to be 8 to 10 days.Told him I couldn't keep my front door open that long,I said thank you for the information and hung up. That's when he called me back and He said it had to go back to the manufacturer. told him other glass co's said they could do it and that I had a window done once before.. That's when he called me pathetic, ( A glass Co calling a customer pathetic ). This is a glass Company I would not recommend to anyone no matter how good a job they might do. sounds to me like its a ploy to charge more money.
