I went there a while ago, and lets just say it was my first and last time. The receptionist was rude, never gave me eye contact and the technician who did my waxing, was harsh. This place was not inviting and their service is horrible for what they charge.

The receptionist was cold, unwelcoming, and acted if I was inconvienencing her. The technician, whom I also believe is the owner, that did my waxing seemed bored and uninterested in customer service. She asked if the wax was too hot, and when I said yes (it was burning me) she didn't do anything. Why bother asking then? They had no customer service skills and overall left me never wanting to go there again. My friend also had a similar experience too. I have never heard anything nice said about them; I don't know why I even bothered to try them myself.

I feel so lucky to have found this day spa. Overall the spa is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, the girls are nice and the services are wonderful. I would highly recommend Esthetique to anyone looking for a place where they can relax and enjoy spa treatments. The estheticans are all highly skilled and my skin has improved dramatically since I started coming here for facials.

The staff is wonderful, the service is amazing, and I have never had a manicure or pedicure last so long! I highly recommend Esthetique - you will not be disapointed!

Everything is about you at Esthetique...from the atmosphere -- relaxing and inviting -- to the services and staff. You feel pampered and rejuvenated when you're done! A must do for yourself!
