I am extremely frustrated. I had come here before over the summer to get something fixed and I had multiple problems with pick up times because I had come back to Heather three times and they hadn't even begun my order. Over the summer they had told me that there is a delay because there was health problems going on in the family so I gave them the benefit of the doubt . But now this time around it is almost a year later and they are down to being open only three days a week because of continued health problems (as it says on their FB and answering service) therefore it was very hard to schedule a pick up date for those of us who work five days a week. I'm sitting here on Monday it is 1050 am in the morning on a day I took off from work and they are supposed to be open at 10am!! Extremely unhappy. Definitely won't make this mistake twice. Trying to help a business during hard times but come on, you are only open on select few days and I even set up this pick up time with you!!

run far away, do not pull into the driveway. i had a simple job of turning 3 fabric shower curtains into 2 really wide panels for a bay window. it was a simple curtain ( beige color with thin white lines) all they had to do was cut 1 shower curtain down the middle and sew it to the other curtain. i specifically told them what i wanted and was told it was no problem. when i went to pick them up ( my fault--i did not look at them in the shop) i went home and noticed that the header panel was not even sewn in a straight line ( one side is wider then the other) they did not match the pattern, i know they did not even pin in place to make sure it was right. the pattern match was way off and the curtains were way to short and did not even hit the bottom of the window. i had paid $85.00 for stevie wonder and heller keller to do this job. when i called them back within an hour of picking them up, they did not want to know anything. i was told i woulod get a call back from the owner which never came through, so i had no choice but to call the back and stop payment on the check. I AM SO GLAD I DID NOT PAY CASH FOR A LOUSY JOB. this is not a very good job...there were thread ends left on the materials, they wer not pressed or even put on a hanger just folded and left in a brown 2 handle bag. now i am out 30.00 for the cost of the shower curtains plus 30.00 for the stop payment. SHAME ON YOU CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN WHEN WE ARE WRONG.

To have a shirt repaired when the seam came apart and the hem of a skirt sewn back together only cost $10 and two business days! Very impressive!
