I first met Dr. Astrachan when I went to have him check my sinuses and deviated septum with ongoing sinus infections. I thought this would be a consult and a long process to get things going, but he took his time and checked me thoroughly on my first visit. He arranged a ct scan and one week later I went back to discuss his findings and he was able to schedule my surgery within 2 weeks. I am so happy with his bedside manner and never felt rushed in his office and never felt intimidated. He explained things and assured me when he was putting cameras up my nose that it really wouldn't hurt. He is a very likeable doctor and other doctors I go to have used him themselves and praise him.Oh what i really liked was when I was looking for an ENT in my area and found his office on the internet, I was able to see available appointments and book it online, fill out all the needed forms online too.It was almost too good to be true but it was.Very friendly staff too.
