I tried to purchase a used Shotgun from Cabela's that was listed on Guns International web site. I called all day the number listed sent several emails and left phone messages with no response from this mythical Joe Rosell. Perhaps he is like the Easter bunny and can only be seen one day a year. You should publish in your add when this annual event takes place.

Nice representatives! However, the "Worst" I have seen at customer service! Dealing with their telephone support concerning internet ordering and special orders is simply a nightmare! Everyone promises the world and the order has always been seriously messed up unlike any other company! When I compare the quality of products, cost, and customer service to Galls.com, Dicks Sporting Goods, Sports Authority and other similar companies I have never ever had a problem with other companies when ordering and the price is different! Check them all out and see for yourself! I will surely go elsewhere without any doubts! They either need a change of many employees and/or computer or information systems! This can be a problem as well concerning the purchasing of anything more then a whistle of which I haven't tried yet and seriously wonder if the order would be a horror if and when I received it!
