I recently found this store and I'm in love. I found it on Friday and it is now Monday. Friday night I purchased $300 worth of items (mainly essential oils). That night when I got home I realized a lullaby oil (16.00) was missing along with a birch oil (5.00). I didn't think anything of it. Called, then drove the 25min the following day, Saturday. I purchased another $100 worth of items but, Nobody could do anything for me even though the girl that cashed me out the previous night was there. She said an assistant manager would be there the following day, Sunday. I waited until Monday for the actual manager to be in (I was told she would be there when it opens) and drove back. At 10am (Monday) once again no manager. I was told she would be arriving at 11. I walked around and shopped some more (FOR OVER AN HOUR) finally at 1115 I asked where the manager was. They didn't know, maybe they weren't coming in. I made yet another purchase and left my number. I drove back and still NO CALL!
