Scheduled a service call for 12:00 pm, received a call at 1:00 pm asking if they could do the work remotely. Don't know how that's possible when the computers are still in the boxes. Never heard back from them, as promised.

Was working with a national online pc support group that really messed-up my pc. Could not log-in and was in danger of losing 110 GB of personal data (mostly pics!). Called Jason at Divine and he was able to work with me immediately. He diagnosed the problem within five minutes and was able to tell me that he could save my data which really put my mind at ease. He re-built my hard drive and provided me a back-up of all my data and installed an easy to use program that allows me to easily backup my data. He is very knowledgeable and is great to work with. I highly recommend him.
