We bought a older home with a water system

already installed,The water smelled and tasted bad We went through 2- 80lb bags of salt in a month and a half.

Had the origional company out to check the system.After $65.00 they said it was working properly.But would sell us $6000 worth of equiptment to solve the smell and taste problem but this would do nothing for the salt usage,so we called Brad at Advanced Water.He came out explained everything,why the system we had was wrong for our situation and provided us with plan to correct it.And that they did the water tastes great and no smell! We RECOMEND Advanced Water to everybody! So do yourself a favor call Brad you wont get high pressure only good honest solutions.

Building a new home yielded very few wow moments....however Advanced Water was one of them. Educational, punctual and an absolute pleasure to work with....these guy's are good!! I requested a rather complicated system that would supply us with outstanding water quality. Done! They are my water source for life.

I thought I was having an issue with iron bacteria. Ray came out, took a look, and concluded that I didn't have a probelm with bacteria, but a problem with iron. He gave me some advice on how to deal with it using my existing treatment system, and it has made a world of difference. He's the real deal. If you need help with any water issues, call Ray.

Ray and the AWT Team have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only did they correctly diagnose a problem (that was mis-diagnosed by another company), but they resolved my problem for a fraction of the cost. Advanced Water Treatment quickly responded to my call concerning a malfunction in my water softener. The unit had stopped working. Their technician was on site within a day of my call and promptly fixed the problem.



Other companies I called insisted on replacing the entire system at 6 times the expense of the repair. The Advanced technician also took the time to explain how the system functioned and the best way to maintain its efficiency.

Advanced Water Treatment installed a new water softener and reverse osmosis system in our house and the quality of water now is great. 110% improvement over the old system we had. The crew was very professional and explained what we needed. Installation was great did a wonderful job. I would recommend Advanced to anyone with hard water

We purchased the Water Care Soft Pro and Ion Pro from Advanced Water Treatment a year ago and they have been working great --- have decreased need for potassium, lengthened life of reverse osmosis filters, all while giving us excellent well managed water without any more rust in toilets, laundry cleaner and water taste better than ever! Ray and others have been super, checks our system yearly for three year warranty--they call us!

Very satisfied with the care and kindness of the staff. Thankful they could help out with arrangements to have delivery when I could be there.

Advance Water Treatment has amazing service and quality. We have used them in our last two houses (which were new builds) and we just moved into our third home which is a fixer upper. When we moved in the water was so rusty and did not have a pleasant odor. They came in so quickly and figured out the problem got our new system installed and even came back to make sure everything was ok. They were fast, professional and courteous. Our original system worked for 29 years with service from them very prompt and professional, We finally had to get a new system last year, and love it. My wife and I recently moved into a new house that had an existing water softening unit installed, but we knew it either wasn’t working properly because you could smell sulfur and taste iron in the water. Turns out after Ray tested the water we had high levels of sulfur, iron and manganese. Ray and his team installed a state-of-the art filter system that did the trick and now our water is perfect! Not only is the water great but with this new filtering system there is virtually no maintenance of any kind and that includes replacing filters. Yes!

After tinkering with an old and gradually failing soft-water system, I decided to call Advanced Water Treatment for help. They'd been doing our water system maintenance over the three years we've lived in Hamburg, and they had earned my trust.



Ray came to the house and tested & evaluated the situation. Like everything about AWT, Ray was 100% expert and professional. I was interested in how the new systems worked, compared to the old. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. There was zero "pressure" from Ray — just facts and expertise.



As always with AWT, I was impressed and ordered a new system. Brad (AWT's owner) and Kyle (a nice & knowledgeable young man) installed the new stuff a few days later.
