I hired them last Nov. to move me from Fort Worth to The Colony. The drivers were nice and efficient; however, even though I gave them my new address and verified my new address and gave directions for my address, they ended up in Terrell, TX. I've never even been to Terrell, TX, and there is no way I would send them there. They admitted to auto filling the address on the GPS, and that's how they ended up there. They called the mgr and asked for compensation, and all he would give was like $15. in the meantime, I went to dinner after they called me and told me where they were. Dinner took longer than expected, so I had to pack mine up and meet them...dinner ruined and about 10 pm after they started at 2 pm. The mgr tried to blame it on me, then realized after my yelp review that he was wrong. Anymore compensation? NO! A phone call to say, "Hey, I'm sorry." NO! He just put on yelp he hoped I'd use Two Men and a Truck in Haltom City again so they can prove how professional they really are. I'd carry it all on my back before I hire them again. I'm sure the mgr told them to get lost so he could blame it on me and charge more. Livid, never again a customer of 2 "men" and a "truck" ever again.
