Dr. Suchita Reddy "saved my life". I am a poorly controlled diabetic and in spite of all the medications and warnings I have received for more than 30+ years, I keep on doing the things I shouldn't do. Now, you are probably wondering, "How did they save my life?" Well, at 5'2" and almost 400 pounds I had diabetes; hypertension; swelling in my legs; chronic ailments galore! It took the City of Fort Worth 29 years before they began offering employees gastric bypass surgeries. I was one of the first to get the surgery. I had several complications after the surgery (including a couple of hernias); and I really thought I was going to die one month after surgery when I couldn't eat or drink anything; but, I would do it all over again for what I have gained. The best medicine in the world won't help you if you keep doing the same things you have always done and expect a different outcome. I have already told my family members if they read my medical record they would wonder how I ever made it this long. I am NOT a doctor; so, I just go in there; keep my mouth shut and listen. I get some of it right and some of it just goes in one ear and out the other. I can't say enough about Johnny and Ruby. Dr. Carter is some kind of Saint. My sister, Rita, loves him. Dr. Suchita Reddy has retired and now I see Dr. Trivedi. I have trusted my care to them for most of my adult life and I am coming up on 72 very soon.

I have been a patient for over twenty years. Dr. McNeff was the first Dr. that treated me and I went to Dr. R. Reddy, after he retired. The care is excellent. Some staff problems have arisen and been cured in the time that I have been a patient. Dr. Reddy is very caring and spends time with patients. He is very knowledgeable and open to team work in setting up treatment plans and has made some awesome referrals to specialists over the years. He is a wonderful doctor and an even more caring person. There is often a wait to be seen, but it is worth the wait in my opinion. The current staff is friendly and efficient. The facility is clean, but dated. Bring your patience and you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Carter is an excellent doctor. He listened and evaluated my symptoms, was thorough and persistent.

The staff is AWFUL! I have been a regular patient for 5 or 6 years. I called 2/29 to schedule an appt and was told I had a past due balance. I have NEVER received an invoice outside of my copay. I spent about 10 minutes on the phone trying to find out what the balance was for. I never got a direct answer. I finally got a partial explanation. I asked if I could just pay it when I came in for my appt. I was told that due to the $30 past due balance I have been dismissed from the clinic and would need to find a new dr. The office mgr said this is their policy and they have dismissed patients for having a balance as small as $3.00 and large as $500. She said 3 invoices were mailed, but mentioned that a copy had came back returned. I requested a copy via email. To date I have still not received a copy of my past due invoice.

Poor patient relations/customer service.

With exception of Dr. Carter, ...

With exception of Dr. Carter, these doctors SUCK! Their bedside manner sucks! Their staff SUCK! They are mean and rude,, YOu NEVER get out of there in under 3 hrs! The doctors talk over you and NEVER listen! Debra McNeil was their nurse practitioner and the only reason I stayed at this clinic as long as I did. I didn't always get to see her, but I wouldn't leave because of her.. She died :( They ALWAYS misdiagnose my kids (Except Dr. Carter but I don't have a lot of experience with him) This last misdiagnosis did it for me! Mom has bacterial bronchitis and my 10 yr old son got sick and I knew he caught it from her. Dr. S. Reddy diagnosed him as having VIRAL bronchitis. I said no, I think you're wrong because he caught this from my mom... She talked over me.. Told me to give him Tylenol and a cough suppressant. Here I am 5 days later STILL battling with his "viral bronchitis" and rising temperature that I am desperately trying to control. I am going in tomorrow to give her a piece of my mind! DO NOT take your kids here! They always misdiagnose and my kids always end up in the E.R,! After tomorrow, I am washing my hands of this white trash substandard "doctors office" They herd you in and out like cattle.. Don't listen to what you say. BAD overall!
