For sales they are great, and Monte the owner is wonderful old man. But for service you better have a month to spare as they are either very busy or insanely slow I don't know which. The lady at the counter is not very friendly in person and very rude over the phone. I dropped off my Dixon mower for 100hr service and after a week I called to check on it. I was told a month, I was never given a guestimate on a date and when I mentioned that she was quite combative about what exactly I was told. I'm sure they deal with a lot of people, but I know what I was NOT told. Very baffled as I've had good experiences with the owner. But like most business get burned once and I'm out.

Have had equipment repaired there for over 20 years. Very friendly, very reasonable prices, and always do what they say they will do.
