I don't know what others think good service is, but I know this place doesn't have it. I needed a part for my mower and was referred here by the local home depot. I walk in and no one else was in the store but the lady behind the counter didn't even take the time greet and ask if I needed help. After about 10 mins I finally found the part I needed inside a box laying on the sales floor. While looking at the item the lady then decides to give me some attention by telling me "I haven't inventory anything in that box yet so you can just put that back" and continued on the phone. IT WAS THE PART I NEEDED!!!! So I guess it was her way of telling me to scram because I (the customer) was bothering her. Maybe they need to close earlier on Saturdays, lol. Anyway I ended up going back to home depot and buying a mower since they appeared to appreciate my business. It's time for the customer to fight back poor customer service from the biggest corporation to the smallest mom and pop!!!!

Awesome Service!!! I just took my mower in expecting a long wait and alot of money for repairs. Ryan took a look at my mower and fixed it in a matter a minutes. Truly awesome customer service and friendliness. Truly above and beyond. I recommend this place to everyone!
