I have eaten here many times; we love it here! Though today they forgot my order. I asked about it twice, the first time they said they were waiting on the fries. Let me say that two other orders after me had already received their meals with fries. My order was just a simple cheeseburger combo and the other two orders were special combos. When I asked the second time about my order, the employees didn't really answer me, which led me to believe they just forgot my order. I asked them if they had my order or if they had forgotten about it. The manager came over and asked if I needed something. I said yes my order. He started looking around for it so than I said please just give me a refund; my lunch time was already almost over. The manager NEVER said I am sorry for your order not being delivered, can I help you with something else, would you like to take this to go......the manager turned around and took the freshly made cheeseburger and threw it in the trash! Than told me if you have up to 72 hours to have my credit on my bank account. I really believe that was poor customer service! I wasn't looking for a free meal; maybe a we are sorry for the mix up or something.

I don't think he was probably having a bad day so therefore should not have been dealing with the public. He was rude during the return transaction. I WILL NOT be back!
