Provided by YP.comMy home warranty sent John from GKB to service my dryer, worst experience ever. John was very rude, I paid him $60 only to not include all the correct information in his report. Therefore my dryer has yet to be repaired nor replaced, John has yet to return any of my calls nor text messages, it's been over a week. Sounds like a company that's scamming the consumer as well as the home warranty company, tge BBB gave GKB a grade of an F+.
