One of the best vendor we ever shop with. Staffs were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They were very patience and willing to match reasonable competition price for you. They also will do everything they can you find you a perfect countertop - especially if you willing to travel to another vendor site- service is excellent. We also go for their countertop fitting, job wise was ok, they made some big mistake, but at the end, no hassle fixed. To concluded, their Customer service, variety of products and products knowledge make this place successful. Must check them out!!

We recently did a tile job in our Condo in Florida. Fortunately I went into UNIVERSAL and met Ronnie who was very knowledgable about everything and showed us the perfect porcelain tiles. He then turned us over to Vinny who is in charge of installation and there aren't enough good things I can say about him. Between Vinny and Rosia (who is the boss of scheduling!) my job was COMPLETE in a matter of days. Not only complete, but complete, perfect and out of this world. These people followed up constantly - nothing was left to chance and they were 110% on anything and everything they did and said they would do. Doing business with Florida merchants is sometimes very challenging and stressful - UNIVERSAL TILE GROUP took the stress out of everything and was PERFECT.



If you are thinking of doing any kind of tile work, I cannot help but say these people are the best! If you go there, just tell them "Harriet from New York" sent you in and give them all my love!
