I am the owner of an auto transport company in CT. I contracted these fools to pick up a vehicle for me that was heading back north for the summer. The normal procedure is for the towing company to pick up the vehicle and do an inspection report on the vehicle showing any existing damage, this way we are all covered. My driver arrived to pick up the vehicle and after about 15 min they bring it out of the garage, at this time I noticed two dents on the vehicle that were not listed on the inspection report . I then brought it to the attention of the tow company and the guy comes out and tells me that he knows nothing about the vehicles damage and refused to sign the proper documents stating the damage on the vehicle. If you need your car towed there are plenty of other tow yards in the area, just make sure that you don't use these crooked fools.
