Do NOT trust these people with your property. They scheduled the initial pickup for 2 pm and didn’t show up until 8. They were hired for 4 hours and left with no notice after 3 hours, and took furniture with them. They were called immediately and notified that some property was still on the truck. At first they lied and said they looked and it wasn’t there. After a call to their manager, the driver called back and said they found them in the truck and would deliver them the next day. That didn’t happen. Repeated calls were made over the course of about a week, most of which went unanswered. When they did answer, they gave the runaround. They eventually said the furniture would be available for pickup, only to call back and tell my girlfriend that it had been delivered to another address and they didn’t know where. They gave her a website to file a claim and offered no refund of any kind. Now we have $1200 worth of end tables that we can’t use because these idiots can’t do their jobs. Oh, and their driver ran into/broke the front gate on his way out. They get 1 star because I can’t give less. Do yourself a favor and spend to extra money with a different company.
