If you are a working couple with two vehicles living in a one bedroom apartment, they only give you one authorize parking space. You will have to fight for parking space on the street. This is a dead end street. Apartment doors and windows are old, not hurricane proof. You can hear everything, outside noise, the wind, other people in their balcony and cigarett smoke comes into your place. Entrance doors are old and not storm proof they are heavy and hard to open. Nice area yes is a plus, too bad this building is old.
