Terrible company! Sent six packages to Bogota-Colombia and NONE of them ever arrived. Nobody responds to my phone calls and of course the voice mail box is full, but you better believe they cashed my 2 check for over $400.00. I will be contacting the main company as well as the bank they do business in order to make them aware of the type of business they are running. I did pay extra for insurance coverage and will make sure to take them to court to let the judge determine what they owe me. Do not do business with this company unless you want to lose your money as well as your shipment!!!
