I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and reasonably priced services. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and customer care !
My Ac unit had been leaking for the last month... I had 3 other Ac Companies come out to my house Charge me ridiculous prices for additional services as I later discovered WERE UNNECESSARY ! Eco pro air was recommended to me by a family member who had used them in the past and had a great experience. With a lot of hesitation and ready to give up and live with the leak I finally brought myself to contact them. From the moment they picked up the phone and I spoke to a representative I already felt a level of comfort and trust! They honestly were amazing. ! The technician that came onsite, found the problem and fixed it, plain and simple ! Straight to the point,! Wow I was so impressed ! Thank you all so much for restoring my faith especially (L) ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE HONEST POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL..

BEWARE! I signed up for a maintenance contract with them because they had the best price, but I wish I didn't. I would have been so much better off staying away from this company completely. The technician kept trying to upsell me additional products and services. I bought some, then found out I could have ordered one of the exact same products myself from the same exact company they got it from, for over 3x less. Yes, they charged 300% markup. I called them out on this and we agreed that they would give me a partial refund. They sent a check which arrived 1 month later, and it bounced! I contacted them and they said the problem was worked out, and it bounced again! Now they won't return my phone calls or emails and I've been hung up on the phone by them at least 3 times. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they didn't respond to the complaint. There are 5 other BBB complaints they didn't respond to as well.
