I must say, after living in a few condos before moving to Avant Garde I immediately saw the difference in this community and knew I made the best decision in choosing Avant Garde to make my home away from home/ vacation home. I have lived here for the past 6 years and enjoying every minute! Sure.. it's a condo like many others but the staff is what sets this place apart from any other building you could ever dream of. The building is exceptionally clean.. from top to bottom (even the stairs which are normally pretty gross in other places) and always smells lovely and fresh. For being an older building this place really is in tip top shape. The cleaning woman, Luz really goes above and beyond to make sure this place sparkles. The front desk girl Nancy. Wow! What a gem. Her attitude is superb. She really makes sure every single residents needs are made and almost serves as a manager of this place it seems. She takes on so much at times it overwhelms me lol before I even see Lisa in the manangment office (which is also great and helpful) I always stop at Nancy first and she always finds a way to help me. Honestl, she goes above her call of duty. She remembers everyone's family.. makes sure they too are always taken care of and feel at home and not like they're entering a prison like some places do. All I can say is wow about this place. I have never been so proud to call a place home. I feel secure when I leave that my place is taken care of. When I get into town I am greeted with a huge hug and warm welcomes from the staff. What a great group of people. I call them family!

LISA THE MANAGER OF WEST BUILDING IS REALLY "RUDE" SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TREAT WITH PEOPLE, KARINA THE SECURITY NEEDS TO LEARN HUMAN RELATIONS, YOU ASK SOMETHING AND SHE SUPPOSED SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT.



MY FIRST FLP BILL WAS $310.00. ELECTRICITY IS TOO EXPENSIVE IN THAT CONDO AND VERY UNPROFFESIONAL PERSONNEL.
