This agency is a complete scam. I regret the very second I decided to trust them to help me with my home purchase, which is stressful enough on its own. First of all, the agents don’t know what they are doing. The agent I dealt with knew from the beginning I only had 10% down payment and she failed to tell me, because “she didn’t know”- which is actually worse if it’s true- that for condominium buyers that have less than 25% down, ALL lenders require that the condominium has at least 10% of their yearly revenues, budgeted towards their reserve funds. That is standard requirement from any bank, literally all realtors and bankers I contacted after knew about it. Unaware of that, I entered into a contract that was deemed to fail because the condo didn’t qualify for financing, so I lost my appraisal and inspection fees (over $600 they didn’t refund). Additionally, when they refunded my escrow deposit, the check was RETURNED because it was COUNTERFEIT. Allegedly their account had been recently hacked and the account was frozen, which they FORGOT when wrote my check. They didn’t even take care of my bank’s $12 returned item fee. When I contacted them for some resolution, one of the managers, Branny BenYair was extremely rude and uncompassionate. She kept reiterating that she would only refund me the escrow deposit (not any fees or expenses incurred due to their recklessness and incompetency) if I went pick it up again. If you don’t want to have a nightmare of an experience, please find someone who actually cares to fulfill their fiduciary duty, stay away from this firm.

I was new to Florida and looking to buy. Stella Shpolyansky was absolutely amazing and very professional. I gave her a price range and she found multiple places for me to look at untill we found the one. I would highly recommend this office wether you’re looking to buy or rent. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. I will be recommending all my family and friends.

BEWARE!!! If you end up finding a place by another orher means after starting paperwork with them they will retain a $300 fee for "your services" even though they claim they are a no fee service. In addition, EACH place you apply for has an application fee so if you don't get approved for the first place you have to keep paying until you do get approved. None of this was said at the beginning of working with theme and they play off the $300 like you only get charged if you back out of an already started application but it's BS. I did all the work for the lady, ending up finding a place on my own because of my diligence and I was out $500 when I spent a total of 30 minutes in their office. RIPOFF. Don't give any money until you get approved or they keep it for themselves!

This place is horrible would not recommend to not even my worst nightmare , I came to this location a month ago I was told you credit does not matter as long as you have no eviction or felony so i said okay so I found a apartment with my realtor and everything sound perfect she told me no worries all I have to do is drop a application fee 12301 NE 6th Ave North Miami which was a inconvenience for me so I go there a week later meanwhile the realtor has 1 month of rent for a deposit to make sure I have the apartment so I go to the address above and the young lady name Ashley said I was denied in my head I'm like I don't understand I have no eviction or felony I was was so upset till this day the realtor has my deposit and scared to give her anything else because they are going to steal all my money , Very upset

We dealt with an agent name Jenice Giraldo Sanchez, who was nothing but trouble. She disregarded the leaset and allowed tenants to move into the rental apartment without paying the full amount of money which was stipulated on the lease. She is a big liar and unprofessional idiot. Had no concern for nothing except getting her greedy hands on the commission. Texted us and said the tenants would move out as long as they got back their money. They deposited the money into our account, which was not the agreed amount for rent. We had just come out of an eviction with tenants, and did not want to start a lease with all the chaos they subjected us to.. We are now forced again to go through another eviction, within 2 months because she gave them keys to move in and abandon us with the problem after being paid.. The broker of this company Stella Shtolyansky refused to intervene and help, and ignored our calls and complaints. Find a reputable company to do business with not crooks like this.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! VERY QUICK AND GREAT ETHICS! HAD ME IN A PLACE IN NO TIME. THE PROCESS WAS PAINLESS AND IM VERY HAPPY!

I had to move unexpectedly from Texas to FL in a short amount of time... I was not very familiar with the area, but thankfully the staff was extremely patient and helpful with answering all my questions (...my thousands and thousands of questions! Haha). They found an area that met my interests, and went above and beyond making sure I was getting the best rental deal. It meant a lot having a group of people that I could depend on, helping me throughout the whole moving process.



I've been in my new place for almost a week now... I miss my hometown greatly, but I'm thankful for how easy the move was. *All I can say is, THANK YOU for being so friendly on the phone from the very beginning. I had called a few other places before and I was greeted with snarky attitudes that made me dread being surrounded in that environment. Your genuine attitude to provide help made me certain that I had found the right place.

This is their worst realtor ever to exist their customer service is terrible along with their bilingual skills not only that they lie about everything they do I give them a secure deposit to hold a place which was the amount of $500 I come to get my refund back $100 dollars mysteriously is taken away I will never use this service again and I will be reporting them to the bad business bureau

This place is heartless. I'm a single mother of 3 looking for something affordable. After seeing countless of ads from them on my Craigslist search I decided to give them a call to inquire about an apartment within my price range. I had the money (3 months rent) and was advised that they could not help me because the price range I was looking for they didn't have it. Before I had a chance to tell them about the Craigslist ads they kept posting on an hourly basis showing the price I was looking for, the woman hung up in my face without even saying goodbye first.
