My experience with A &G Gregory Burner Service in Brockton was excellent. I called 1/4/22 in the morning and Al arrived at my home 2 hours later. My gas heat wasn’t working and it was 22 degrees out. The burner needed a new circuit panel. He temporarily fixed the panel had my heat going. The following morning he returned with the new circuit panel. Al is very knowledgeable and an expert with gas and oil heat in addition HVAC systems. His price was also reasonable. I highly recommend the company for your burner and HVAC needs.

Do not waste your time with this company. I asked for an estimate to replace an old furnace. The guy came and promised a few estimates for different options within a few days. I waited a week and then wasted my time calling them again. The lady who answered was beyond rude and ignorant and claimed he would call me back before hanging up. Needless to say he never did bother to return my call. I called again a week later, got the same rude ignorant lady again, who very obviously does not know the meaning of good customer service. This time she hung up on me as I started to speak. Obviously these people do not need or want any new clients or business. I wasted almost a month, with no heat this past winter dealing with this company and got nowhere. Folks, do yourself a huge favor and don't waste your time with these people, like I did. Skip this one and get a company that actually has decent customer service and appreciates their customers.
