Wanted to thank via card or letter my stylist for the past 5 years, Cathy, who evidentally retired or quit.
The manager was slightly mean spirited about offering any help whatsoever and asked my not to call again after my second attempt.
I had experienced excellent 5 star service up to this point thanks to Cathy and the other employees that work at Today's Haircuts.
The manager may want to rethink treatment of longstanding customers. I don't think forwarding a thank you card is a crime or infringement of confidentiality:(
