I love this branch!! The tellers are so friendly. Jon is my favorite. Calls me by name when I walk in. Personally called me on my cell to tell me I forgot my receipt in the drive thru. I have been a customer of Tri City bank for over 50 years and would not change banks.

I have been a customer of Tri-City Bank for years. I enjoy the convenience of many locations throughout the area and 24 hour phone banking to transfer funds and keep track of my accounts, More important however, in any business, are the people that I deal with. Whenever I have needed assistance from Tri City Customer Service, and there have been several instances over the past couple of decades, I turn to the Hales Corners branch and request the help of Ms. Meena Segu. Meena is always willing to help me out and I always, always leave 100% satisfied with the resolution.
