About 5 weeks ago I had an oil change and fluid level check at the Hales Corners FAST TRACK. They were polite and seemed to do a good job.

Today, a mechanic and I were looking under my hood and he noticed that my master brake cylinder was covered in brake fluid and one of the sides was very low. Upon inspection we found that the cover to that side was replaced cross threadded and fluid could slowly leak out. Luckly for me, there still was enough fluid left so no air got into my brake system.

When I called the manager of FAST TRACK, he tried to talk his way out of it by saying that there would be no reason for anyone there to take off the cover. I am not so sure of this, doesn't the service include topping off fluids that are low? Even if that is not included, why didn't this tech notice all the brake fluid all over the master cylinder and the low level. Since he didn't, I have to assume the tech is inept or there was nothing wrong with my system when I took it in to have the car serviced OR someone there did take the cover off and replaced it incorrectly. Where does the evidence lead you? I know where it leads me and it is NOT to return to FAST TRACK. You are free to make up your own mind of course.

I have used this business with great success, not to say a fluke could not happen, but with no proof I will not assume!

The care and service here has been great for all the years I have used them. I feel safe here! I am widowed and they go the extra mile to be helpful which I appreciate and always seem fair in price.
