I was seen by Cindy in March of last year for a very painful work related injury. I worked at the airport unloading luggage on aircrafts for a company that was constantly short-staffed and had no inclination to rectify that issue; thus putting me at a disadvantage to pick up the slack. I tore a chest muscle and developed tendinitis over the course of year working for them, and was set to get worker's comp for treatment. Cindy screwed me out of this by saying what I had I got from sleeping on my chest wrong. She is obviously working for the insurance companies and not for her patients. Because of her misdiagnosis, I lost my job and any chance of medical treatment.

This evil woman is not be trusted under any circumstances.. Avoid her at all costs.
