I recently had a "cart check" done on my golf cart where they found a problem with the front end noise I was hearing, after letting me know I had them repair it. now no more noises. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with McCarty's carts. I couldn't find a better group than these people. the atmosphere fantastic, pleasant and I enjoyed dealing with McCarty's. I'll definitely go back if I have another problem with my cart. Thanks guys Andy J

Do not deal with this company if you expect any customer service. Once they get paid, they write you and their product out of their mind. I wonder how they even stay in business. My advice-stay away.
