they have almost every toy on the market, but there prices are a little to high sometimes

First, they will not take ANY returns without a receipt--not even for an exchange or store credit. Second, don't let your kid get too excited when they receive the coupon in the mail for their "Birthday Surprise" at the store--it's just a balloon and a paper crown. At a Florida Toys R Us, the kids always got some pretty nice goody bags for their birthdays, and they would give you a gift card if you were making a return without a receipt.
