This is a company that does not appear to need customers! Perfect Stitch had our couch pillows and fabric to reupholster for more than nine months! Although promised to us numerous times, they never got around to starting them. My husband picked up the unfinished pillows yesterday, and suggested that it was not good business to avoid customer calls. He reminded the owner that we had been waiting for more than 9 months for the pillows. The owner laughed, and told my husband that he had, "customers who have been waiting longer than that!" Really?
